This FOREX office is visited by high profile clients every day. Tucked away in an old complex, the interiors are intended to make a strong statement on a minimal budget. Two small shops are combined to make a larger office for maximum utilization of space. Uneven and damaged surfaces are covered with new tiles for walls and flooring. Old existing wall tiles at dado level are coated to match new grey walls and set a monochromatic backdrop for furniture. Essential storage and minimal furniture are then added to accommodate for the necessary functions. Utility area is hidden from the view and custom artworks inspiring travel are chosen to lend in a personality. This office was an exercise in creating big impact with small spaces and small budgets.
